    Buddha once said, “Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned.”

    We only hurt ourselves by holding grudges. We seethe in silence wishing terrible things on someone, but meanwhile we pay the price. All our ill will comes back on us. Let’s be careful what we wish for and treat others with kindness.

    What you think you are. If you think you are beautiful, you will be beautiful. When you think you are unwanted, no one will want you. When you think you are boring, you will be boring. When you think happy thoughts, you will be bursting with joy. And like attracts like, so look around you to see who you are. Others are our mirrors. If people avoid you, think how you put up walls or push them away out of fear.
